Telehealth Services

Convenient and secure online therapy that meets you where you are

Life is full, and therapy should fit into it. Whether you’re balancing work, caregiving, chronic stress, or simply want to do your healing from the comfort of home, telehealth makes quality therapy more accessible.

I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for individual adults, couples, and families throughout California. You can receive compassionate, trauma-informed care without the commute, parking, or waiting room.

Why Choose Telehealth?

Online therapy allows you to:

  • Attend sessions from anywhere in California
Whether you’re in a rural town or a busy city, all you need is a quiet space and an internet connection.

  • Save time and energy
Fit therapy into your day more easily, with no travel time, no childcare arrangements, no rushing across town.

  • Feel more comfortable and at ease
Many clients find that being in their own environment allows for deeper vulnerability and regulation during sessions.

How Telehealth Works

Research shows that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for most mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and more.

As a therapist trained in experiential, relational, and body-aware approaches, I bring the same depth, presence, and attunement to virtual sessions. Whether we’re working with trauma, parts work, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, or EMDR, we can do meaningful, transformative work online.

  • I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform
  • You’ll receive a unique session link via email, no downloads or sign-in needed
  • Sessions are held in real time, just like in-person therapy
  • Payment and paperwork are completed online

Let’s Begin

Telehealth makes starting therapy easier than ever. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to answer your questions and see if we’re a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. For many people and concerns, teletherapy is just as effective as in-person care. Research supports its use for trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. The depth of our work together doesn’t depend on being in the same room — it depends on safety, presence, and connection, which can absolutely be built online.

Nope! Just a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or phone). Headphones can help with privacy and sound clarity, but they’re optional.

Not always. Telehealth may not be the best fit for clients who:

  • Don’t have reliable internet access

  • Can’t find a confidential or safe space for sessions

  • Are experiencing active crises, safety concerns, or severe symptoms that require in-person support

If we’re unsure, I’m happy to talk it through with you during a free intro call and help you find the care that fits best.

Yes! I regularly work with couples online. As long as both partners are in California and can be present in the same space (or join from separate private locations), we can do meaningful relational work together virtually.

At this time, my practice is fully online. If in-person care is a better fit for your needs, I’m happy to offer referrals.
